1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the basha8 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services accessible at basha8.bet.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of funds deposited, won, or awarded to a Player that are held in their basha8 Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, or enhanced odds offer made available by basha8 at its sole discretion.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-round placed by a Player using real-money Balance.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to, or use of, the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account or by using any part of the basha8 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the basha8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. These Terms take effect from the moment you register or first access the Platform, whichever occurs first.

basha8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the contact email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the basha8 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at the time of each Wager.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the basha8 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction as defined under the basha8 Responsible Gaming Policy at the time of registration.

basha8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where such proof is not provided within a reasonable period as requested, basha8 may suspend the relevant Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of basha8 services, you must register an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must notify basha8 promptly of any change to your registration details by contacting support at [email protected].

Each individual may maintain only one Account on the basha8 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. basha8 uses automated and manual verification methods to detect duplicate Accounts. Any Account identified as a duplicate may be immediately closed, and any Balance associated with it may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. basha8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify basha8 immediately if you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the basha8 Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT). basha8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. basha8 does not impose transaction fees on standard mobile wallet deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently of basha8.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the basha8 Account holder. basha8 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during operational hours. basha8 does not guarantee processing times and will not be held liable for delays attributable to payment service providers or network conditions.

Funds deposited into your basha8 Account must be your own funds obtained through lawful means. The use of basha8 for any money laundering activity or financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

basha8 may offer Bonuses and promotional offers from time to time at its sole discretion. All Bonuses are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms for a particular Bonus, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the Player's Account and must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and bet types specified in the applicable Bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where expressly stated.
• basha8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus at any time if basha8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus stacking, matched betting using Bonus funds, and collusive play — will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

7. Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the basha8 Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant game or betting market. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or market section of the Platform. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

basha8 reserves the right to void any Wager, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• Where a Wager was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error.
• Where the outcome of the event on which the Wager was placed was already known at the time the Wager was accepted ("late betting").
• Where basha8 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player had access to inside information not available to the general public.
• Where the sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, unless specific rules for the relevant market provide otherwise.

In the event a Wager is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. Voided Wagers do not contribute to any active Bonus wagering requirements.

8. Responsible Gaming

basha8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. All Players are encouraged to review the basha8 Responsible Gaming Policy in full. Key responsible gaming tools available to every basha8 Account holder include:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a set period of play.
• Cool-off periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the basha8 Platform by contacting support at [email protected].

basha8 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to reopen an Account during the exclusion period. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please contact our support team immediately or seek assistance from an independent gambling support organisation. The basha8 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the basha8 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusive play, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, including any law prohibiting online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Using funds in your Account for money laundering or any other financial crime.

basha8 reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the basha8 Platform, including but not limited to the basha8 brand name, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data, is the intellectual property of basha8 or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or published in any form without the prior written consent of basha8. Your right to use the Platform is a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for the sole purpose of participating in the games and services offered.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basha8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: technical failures or interruptions of service; errors in game software; delays in processing withdrawals; or any action taken by basha8 in accordance with these Terms.

basha8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk.

12. Privacy and Data

basha8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. basha8 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your basha8 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Balance that is not subject to pending withdrawal holds or bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

basha8 may close or suspend your Account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, if: you breach these Terms; your Account is associated with fraudulent or illegal activity; or basha8 is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority. In the event of termination for breach, basha8 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the basha8 Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution body as determined by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the basha8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and basha8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter herein.
